"Win Walker and State Farm has been the agen for me personally and to my church for about 15 years and the customer service has always been phenomenal. We have worked with Donna (I think she retired), Danielle and Victor. Occasionally, Mr Walker has addressed our needs. They ensure we are notified of any issues with our policies and they respond to our request in a timely manner. Although I no longer live in Chicago, I refuse to transfer my insurance to an agent closer to home."
